At Vorya Shop, your satisfaction is our top priority. You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days after your order has been delivered.
Please do not send any items back before contacting us, as unauthorized returns may be lost or not processed.
We gladly accept refund or exchange requests — including exchanges for size or color variations.
To ensure product quality and fairness, items must meet the following conditions to qualify for a return or exchange:
Must be unused or slightly used, and unwashed.
Must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Must be in the same condition as received.
Items showing wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email notification confirming the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, as they cover the original order processing and delivery.

Contact your bank, since processing delays can occur.

While customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, we do cover shipping fees for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival — please contact us first for approval before sending anything back.
For all other returns, the return shipping and any applicable customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from your refund.
For quality assurance and fairness, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items returned without prior approval.
Used, damaged, or altered products.
Items not in their original condition or packaging.
Items that are not resellable due to customer handling.
